Ben Nas
Ben Nas is the Chief Executive Officer of Lelox Australia and has led the company since 2014. Starting his career on the factory floor manufacturing Lelox mudguards, Ben brings a strong hands-on understanding of production into his leadership role. He combines this experience with a solid academic background, holding an MBA, a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Accounting), and an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of Lelox, Ben is active in the community as Chair of the Windsor Leagues Club and enjoys spending time with his family, following the Penrith Panthers, and traveling when time allows.

Matthew Walker
Matthew Walker is the Chief Operating Officer at Lelox Australia, with over 25 years’ experience growing alongside the company. Starting out on the tools, Matthew built strong hands-on expertise in stainless steel fabrication and alloy gravity die casting before moving into senior leadership. Today, he brings that practical background into his role as COO, leading operations with a focus on quality, teamwork, and getting things done right. Outside of Lelox, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, getting out on his motorcycle, and proudly backing the Parramatta Eels.

Mark Pieri
Mark Pieri is the Head of Marketing at Lelox Australia, leading brand growth and customer engagement across all channels. With a strong background in digital strategy, campaign execution, and market positioning, Mark has played a key role in shaping how Lelox connects with its customers nationwide. Today, he leads marketing initiatives with a clear focus on consistency, performance, and delivering measurable outcomes that support long-term business growth. Outside of Lelox, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and keeping up with evolving marketing trends.
Production Coordinator
Craig Alcorn
Craig Alcorn is our Production Coordinator and a key part of the team, bringing over six years of dedicated service to the role. Known for his strong leadership style and hands-on approach, Craig thrives on being involved at every stage of the production process. His mechanically minded skillset allows him to problem-solve quickly and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, Craig is a passionate Sydney Roosters supporter and a lifelong Star Wars fan—proof that whether it’s on the production floor or in a galaxy far, far away, he’s always up for a challenge.
